Other sanctions. 21.1. The SUPPLIER shall reimburse AZELIO all costs incurred in the event that the SUPPLIER does not fulfil its confidentiality obligations under Section 24 below. 21.2. In addition to the SUPPLIER’s liability for any defects, delays and product liability under the Agreement, a Party shall compensate the other Party for any loss or damage suffered as a result of a breach of the Agreement. 21.3. If a Party in any essential respect disregards its obligations under the Agreement and does not undertake complete rectification within thirty (30) days after a written notice to that effect, the other Party shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect and receive compensation in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
