Common use of Other Service Recipients Clause in Contracts

Other Service Recipients. Any other Person with respect to which the Service Provider or any of its Affiliates provide any services substantially similar to the Administrative Services. Subsidiary or Subsidiaries of any Person shall mean any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association, trust, joint venture or other entity or organization of which such Person, either alone or through or together with any other Subsidiary, owns, directly or indirectly, more than 50% of the stock or other equity interests, the holder of which is generally entitled to vote for the election of the board of directors, managers or other governing body of the entity or organization which such Person so owns. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company and its Subsidiaries shall not be considered Subsidiaries of the Service Provider and its Affiliates.
