Common use of Other Services and Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Other Services and Conflicts. If we make available to you any of our other banking services offered in connection with your Account (e.g., wire or check services), we may provide certain terms and conditions of the additional service to you in a separate agreement or disclosure. If a service we offer has a separate agreement, and there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the separate agreement, the separate agreement shall control with respect to the addition services (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, the Account or Card).
