Other sources of payment. If the re- cipient of indemnity for any of the ac- tivities listed in paragraphs (a)(1) through (a)(3) of this section also re- ceives payment for any of those activi- ties from a State or from other sources, the indemnity provided under this part will be reduced by the total amount of payment received from the State or other sources.
