OTHER SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION TO THE CONTRACTOR a) Minimum Manpower required per shift (Each shift – 08 hours) for item No.1 : Operator/Technician (Skilled)- one person in each shift [Per day : 2 shift – 02 skilled manpower] Qualification for Technicians (Skilled): Any Diploma/ITI/Any Degree with Minimum 2 years experience in handling STP Plant operational and maintenance work. b) The contractor should submit the names of the persons engaged for the work and they have to report to the Engineer-in-charge on day-to-day basis. The work will be continued all days without any interruption. He will engage skilled manpower to run the Sewage Treatment Plant without any interruption as per minimum manpower requirement. The whole responsibility for supervision of the work and the workers employed by the contractor shall rest with the contractor. Weekly off and holidays of skilled manpower will be given by contractor with proper arrangement of reliever without any additional cost to IREL (India) Limited, MK. c) It will be contractor‟s responsibility to maintain Sewage Treatment Plant in healthy state all the time, to plan and undertake preventive maintenance of STP at regular intervals and attend routine maintenance activity every day. d) Contractor should maintain the STP as per TNPCB norms. e) Contractor should carryout necessary corrective action/measures on receipt of any adverse remarks from TNPCB about the operation of STP. No payment shall be made towards this work. The contractor should fulfill all statutory requirements pertaining to satisfactory performance of the job etc. f) Contractor should remove the sludge once in every month from the STP drying beds. g) The packing and freight charges for transporting the pumps & equipments to your workshop for repairs and return are to be borne by the contractor. h) Contractor should give minimum 3 months warranty for the repaired pumps within the contract period. If any failure is noticed in the same repaired pump during the warranty period contractor have to repaired the pump on free of cost otherwise company will recover the charges of spares replaced as per item No.3 to 14 from the contractor‟s running/final bill. i) The contractor has to carry out testing of water at the regular interval of every month as per scope of work and whenever felt necessary as instructed to do so by the IREL (India) Limited, MK and furnish the test reports to the Engineer-in-charge on priority. j) The contractor should maintain logbook for operation of STP. Contractor should maintain the garden i.e. administrative office, VTC, inside premises, Plant area, Guest House & Housing Complex area, etc. as per schedule. b. For maintaining the garden company will provide water supply as one point for each area. c. Contractor should engage minimum 3 unskilled worker per day. d. For maintaining the garden contractor should make new saplings and change the old/dead plantation as and when required. e. Lawn mower, manure & pesticides will be issued as and when required by the company on free of cost. f. Upto +10% variation in the execution of work contracts/purchase order of the total works contracts value for the sanctioned contract is allowed without issue of amendment/revision in the work order. Beyond above variations amendment/revision with the approval of competent authority (as per delegation of powers) is necessary. g. Workmen below 18 years & above 60 years will not be permitted to work. For all hazardous works experienced personnel shall only be engaged. h. Before starting the work the contractor should submit the following documents to Civil Section for his workmen & his authorized supervisor, otherwise the contractor will not allow to carry out the work. i.   • Proper Instructions and Special Instructions “Proper Instructions,” which may also be standing instructions, as such term is used throughout this Agreement shall mean instructions received by the Custodian from a Fund, a Fund’s duly authorized investment manager or investment adviser, or a person or entity duly authorized by either of them. Such instructions may be in writing signed by the authorized person or persons or may be in a tested communication or in a communication utilizing access codes effected between electro-mechanical or electronic devices or may be by such other means and utilizing such intermediary systems and utilities as may be agreed from time to time by the Custodian and the person(s) or entity giving such instruction, provided that the Fund has followed any security procedures agreed to from time to time by the applicable Fund and the Custodian including, but not limited to, the security procedures selected by the Fund via the form of Funds Transfer Addendum hereto, the terms of which are hereby agreed to. Oral instructions will be considered Proper Instructions if the Custodian reasonably believes them to have been given by a person authorized to provide such instructions with respect to the transaction involved; the Fund shall cause all oral instructions to be confirmed in writing. For purposes of this Section, Proper Instructions shall include instructions received by the Custodian pursuant to any multi-party agreement which requires a segregated asset account in accordance with Section 2.9 hereof.

  • Delivery to the Custodian The Mortgage Note, the Mortgage, the Assignment of Mortgage and any other documents required to be delivered with respect to each Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Custodial Agreement, shall be delivered to the Custodian all in compliance with the specific requirements of the Custodial Agreement.
