Other Standards Clause Samples
The "Other Standards" clause defines the requirement for parties to comply with additional industry, legal, or technical standards beyond those explicitly listed in the agreement. This clause typically applies to situations where evolving regulations, best practices, or third-party standards may impact the subject matter of the contract, such as data security, environmental compliance, or quality assurance. By including this clause, the contract ensures that both parties remain accountable for adhering to all relevant standards, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and ensuring the agreement remains current with external requirements.
