Other Termination by You Prior to Occupancy. If this Agreement is not terminated pursuant to Sections VII.A.1.a. or b., above, you may terminate this Agreement at any time prior to occupancy upon notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇. In the event of a termination under this SectionVII.A.1.c., any money transferred to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be refunded less: i. Additional costs incurred by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ due to modifications in the structure or furnishings of your Residence which you specifically requested; and ii. A reasonable service charge, not to exceed the greater of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) or two percent (2%) of the Entrance Fee. Any refund to which you are entitled under this Section VII.A. shall be made, without applicable interest, within thirty (30) days of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ receipt of your notice of rescission.
