Other Termination Events. (a) This Agreement may be terminated by the affirmative vote of the members of Endo LLC owning a majority of the issued and outstanding membership interests in Endo LLC. (b) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, every provision of this Agreement, other than the provisions contained in Section 6.5 and Article VII hereof, shall terminate upon the fifteenth anniversary of this Agreement.
