Common use of Other Termination of Service Clause in Contracts

If during the Performance Period you have a voluntary or involuntary Termination of Service for any reason other than as set forth in Section 4, 5 or 6 above, as determined by the Committee, then all of your Performance Shares shall be forfeited.
