OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT. 12.1. This Agreement consists of the Basic Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. If the Basic Terms and Conditions contradict to the General Terms and Conditions, the Basic Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 12.2. Situations that are not stipulated herein shall be resolved pursuant to the Regulations of the Investment Platform, which are valid at the moment of entering into this Agreement and forms the integral part of this Agreement. 12.3. This Agreement is entered into in electronic form pursuant to the procedures laid down herein and is valid without the signatures of the Parties. 12.4. Prior to the electronic signing of this Agreement, the Assignee shall read the terms and conditions of this Agreement, recognising them as binding thereto and compliant with the Assignee's will. 12.5. This Agreement shall be valid until the full execution thereof, except in cases of early termination of the Agreement. 12.6. All legal relations resulting from this Agreement shall be regulated by the legislation enactments of the Republic of Latvia. 12.7. Disputes between the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the court in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

  • Terms and Conditions of Use NASCAR shall have the right to use and sublicense PROMOTER’s Marks in connection with publicity, promotion or advertising of the Event and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, and the exploitation of Live Broadcast Rights and Ancillary Rights, provided, however, that NASCAR shall not, without the prior written consent of PROMOTER, use or sublicense the use of PROMOTER’s Marks on the branding of any retail package product, unless otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement.

  • SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRUST The following special terms and conditions are hereby agreed to: 1. The Bonds listed in the Schedule hereto have been deposited in trust under this Trust Agreement. 2.
