Other Terms of Overdraft Facility. That the Borrower shall on or before the date stipulated by the Bank so long as the Overdraft Facility Account is in force, show a credit balance of atleast such amount as may be indicated by the Bank and maintain such credito balance for atleast fifteen days (or such number of days indicated by the Bank) thereafter and the Bank may allow the Overdraft Facility Account to be continued to remain in force for such period as the Bank may deem fit.
