Other Territory Sample Clauses

The "Other Territory" clause defines the geographic scope outside the primary territory specified in the agreement where certain rights, obligations, or restrictions may also apply. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the terms of the contract extend to additional countries or regions, and may outline any special conditions or limitations for those areas. For example, it might specify that distribution rights granted in the main territory do not automatically extend to neighboring countries unless expressly stated. The core function of this clause is to prevent ambiguity regarding the reach of contractual rights and obligations, ensuring both parties understand where the agreement is effective and reducing the risk of disputes over territorial coverage.
