Other Transactions Involving SPAC or Company Securities, Indebtedness or Other Instruments. The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit an Achari Put Holder from purchasing from third parties, the Company or any other entity prior to, or after the consummation of, the Business Combination, additional shares of common stock of SPAC or the Company (as applicable), including any warrants, convertible notes or options (including puts or calls) with respect to SPAC or the Company or other securities, instruments, loans or debt of any of SPAC, the Company or any of their respective related parties, Affiliates or Subsidiaries. For the avoidance of doubt, no such shares or securities shall be considered Achari Put Shares for purposes of this Agreement.
