Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API to Verizon, API shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by API. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API Globetel to Verizon, API Globetel shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APIGlobetel. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ ' rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that VZ ALLTEL SC CMRS ICA 093005 FINAL, doc 63 may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 6_1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll InterMTA Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For the avoidance of any doubt, neither Party may send any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API that is not originated on its respective network to Verizon, API shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at other Party through the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by API.Third Party Tandem Provider under this Attachment+ 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic or Tandem Transit Traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 . 6_5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API WCS to Verizon, API WCS shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APIWCS. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API Covista to Verizon, API Covista shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APICovista. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ Parties rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API NHC to Verizon, API NHC shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APINHC. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API Threshold to Verizon, API Threshold shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APIThreshold. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API Princeton to Verizon, API Princeton shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APIPrinceton. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API iNetworks to Verizon, API iNetworks shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APIiNetworks. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API LNS to Verizon, API LNS shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APILNS. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API CTT to Verizon, API CTT shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APICTT. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API MHT to Verizon, API MHT shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APIMHT. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwiseany Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 8.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment8.1 above, IntraLATA interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** to Verizon, API ***CLEC Acronym TXT*** shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by API***CLEC Acronym TXT***. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ Parties rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API BLC to Verizon, API BLC shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APIBLC. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API New Horizons to Verizon, API New Horizons shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APINew Horizons. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API One Voice to Verizon, API One Voice shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APIOne Voice. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API Voxbeam to Verizon, API Voxbeam shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APIVoxbeam. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ Parties rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API Slt to Verizon, API Slt shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APISlt. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API Northstar to Verizon, API Northstar shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APINorthstar. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API TQCI to Verizon, API TQCI shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APITQCI. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by API Talk America to Verizon, API Talk America shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by APITalk America. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.
