Other Types of Transactions. A. Recurring Transactions. For recurring Transactions, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must be approved by Service Provider to accept recurring Transactions and obtain a written request from the Customer for the goods and services to be charged to the Customer’s account, the frequency of the recurring charge, and the duration of time during which such charges may be made. Merchant will not complete any recurring Transaction after receiving: (i) a cancellation notice from the Customer; (ii) notice from Service Provider, or (iii) a response that the Card is not to be honored. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ must print legibly on the Sales Draft the words “Recurring Transaction”.
