Common use of Other Utilities Clause in Contracts

Other Utilities. Subject to approval from the Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, the Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall have right to introduce into the Premises such other utilities as it may be deem necessary for the conduct of its business. The Tenant shall pay the cost of all such other utilities directly to the applicable utility supplier.
