Common use of Other Utility Services Clause in Contracts

Other Utility Services. If Tenant requires the use of telecommunication services, including without limitation satellite service, Internet access, credit card verification or other data transmission, Tenant shall contract for such services with one of the service providers designated by Landlord for the Plaza provided that the charge for such services is competitive within the geographical area in which the Plaza is located. Neither Tenant nor its service providers shall place telecommunication or any other facilities on the roof or anywhere else outside the Premises without the prior written approval of Landlord.‌
