Other variations. In any other case: (a) We will give you notice of the variation. (b) We will also offer you the right to terminate your Agreement within 14 days of the date of the notice without incurring charges other than: (i) usage or network access charges to the date your Agreement ends; and (ii) outstanding amounts for installation of Equipment; and (iii) outstanding amounts for Equipment that is compatible with other suppliers’ services; and
