Common use of Other variations Clause in Contracts

Other variations. (a) VitalCall may amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement by giving the Customer at least 30 days’ prior notice in writing, setting out the changes to this Agreement. Subject to clause 7.2(b) below, the new terms and conditions will become effective and binding as between the Customer and VitalCall upon expiry of the 30-day notice period. (b) If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer (or the Customer’s Nominee) may terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 13.3(b).
