Common use of Out-of-Class Opportunities Clause in Contracts

Out-of-Class Opportunities. In situations where the District has approved a leave of absence for a period of six (6) months or less, reasonable efforts will be made at District discretion for working out of class opportunities for other department employees. Employees must meet the minimum qualifications of the offered classification in order to receive consideration.
