OUT OF SCOPE PREMIUM PAY. 28.01 An employee who is assigned to relieve an employee excluded from the bargaining unit shall receive one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked by such employee while so relieving. When no managers are present at the workplace, an employee will be assigned to be “in charge” and will receive an “in charge” premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour. 28.02 Employees agreeing to carry the workplace cell phone while not on duty shall be paid thirty-three dollars ($33.00) for week days and forty-five dollars ($45.00) for weekends for each twenty-four (24) hour period or portion thereof they are required to be on call for.
