Common use of Outage Notification Clause in Contracts

Outage Notification. Seller shall notifY Buyer of Outages in accordance with this article using a form reasonably acceptable to Buyer and the Notification procedures in Appendix A. (a) CAlSO Approval ofOutage(s). Buyer is responsible for obtaining CAISO approvals for Projecl Outages and for revising Outage Scbedules ifOulages are not approved by CAiSO.
