Outreach Targets. The University Outreach Evaluation Strategy is being implemented from September 2011, with some activity already being evaluated. This will provide more information on the impact and outcomes of pre-application outreach and inform the development of future activity. This evaluation will replace some local Aimhigher evaluation that has helped inform local schools and colleges on the importance of outreach and effectiveness of targeting. 7.1.1 Activity Targets Beneficiaries ◼ 10,000 beneficiaries, including students, parents, teachers and advisers. ◼ 1,000 students and their families from younger age groups. ◼ 120 schools, colleges and organisations. Outreach Targets. Isolation Leadership: We agree to sit on the Windsor Coalition Table and brainstorm new actions and projects to improve shared outcomes for older adults by at least 5 to 10% year over year.

  • Outreach Activities a. The Agency shall conduct outreach activities for potential Clients to promote the availability of services. b. Outreach activities shall include, but are not limited to, participation in health fairs, community events, collaboration with other providers, and the posting of flyers for potential Clients. c. The Agency shall have an outreach plan and shall provide evidence of such arrangements to the Recipient upon request.
