Common use of Outside Closing Date Clause in Contracts

Outside Closing Date. In Section 25(c) of the Agreement, the three occurrences of "August 29, 2006" are hereby deleted and replaced with "September 25, 2006".

Outside Closing Date. In Section 25(c) of the Agreement, the three occurrences of "August 29July 31, 2006" are hereby deleted and replaced with "September 25August 14, 2006".
