Common use of Outside Services Clause in Contracts

Outside Services. Tenant shall not permit, except by Landlord or a person or company reasonably satisfactory to and approved by Landlord: (i) the extermination of vermin in, on or about the Premises; (ii) the servicing of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment; (iii) the collection of rubbish and trash other than in compliance with local government health requirements and in accordance with the rules and regulations established by Landlord, which shall minimally provide that Tenant’s rubbish and trash shall be kept in containers located so as not to be visible to members of the public and in a sanitary and neat condition; or (iv) window cleaning, janitorial services or similar work in or about the Premises.

Outside Services. Tenant shall not permitknowingly or intentionally cause, except by Landlord or a person or company reasonably satisfactory to and approved by Landlord: (i) the extermination of vermin in, on or about the Premises; (ii) the servicing of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment; (iii) the collection of rubbish and trash other than in compliance with local government health requirements and in accordance with the rules and regulations established by Landlord, which shall minimally provide that Tenant’s 's rubbish and trash shall be kept in containers located so as not to be visible to members of the public and in a sanitary and neat condition; or (iv) window cleaning, janitorial services or similar work in or about the Premises.
