Common use of Outstanding Options and Restricted Stock Clause in Contracts

Outstanding Options and Restricted Stock. All currently outstanding options to purchase Common Stock of the Company and all restricted stock grants held by Executive shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions of Company's stock option and restricted stock plans and the applicable Stock Option and Restricted Stock Agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
