Over-Allotment. In connection with the distribution of the Offered Units, the Underwriters and members of their selling group (if any) may over-allot or effect transactions which stabilize or maintain the market price of the Subordinate Voting Shares at levels above those which might otherwise prevail in the open market, in compliance with Applicable Securities Laws (including, for greater certainty, Regulation M under the U.S. Exchange Act). Those stabilizing transactions, if any, may be discontinued at any time.
