OVER THE COUNTER SALES. Collection of applicable state sales tax is the responsibility of the Exhibitor making the sale.
OVER THE COUNTER SALES. Sales are permitted, except firearms and ammunition, in strict accordance with the product eligibility and display regulations included with the contractual applications. The necessary business license and taxes will be the sole responsibility of the individual Exhibitor. All sales must be conducted within the confines of the seller’s exhibit area. Exhibitors may also take orders for future delivery, including firearms and ammunition.
OVER THE COUNTER SALES. Over-the-counter sales ARE permi ed by Exhibitors at the Trade Fair. Exhibitors shall be solely responsible for having a seller’s permit and for the collec on and remi ance to the Kenya Government sales tax due and owing on the sale of their products.
OVER THE COUNTER SALES. The Exhibition Management shall decide on whether over-the- counter sales are generally permitted at an exhibition. Over-the- counter sales are deemed to be the sale and simultaneous delivery of goods at the exhibition itself.

  • Secondary Market Lender may sell, transfer and deliver the Note and assign the Loan Agreement, the Security Instrument, this Assignment and the other Loan Documents to one or more investors in the secondary mortgage market (“Investors”).
