Common use of Overcharges and Unauthorized Charges Clause in Contracts

Overcharges and Unauthorized Charges. If an audit conducted in accordance with this section discloses overcharges or unauthorized charges to SBBC by VENDOR in excess of two paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
