Common use of Overdraft Facility Clause in Contracts

Overdraft Facility. An amendment to the documentation evidencing the Overdraft Facility, in form and substance acceptable to Administrative Agent.

Overdraft Facility. An amendment to the documentation evidencing the Overdraft Facility, effecting modifications of the Overdraft Facility that conform to the modifications to the Credit Agreement effected by Amendment No. 1 in all pertinent respects, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent.

Overdraft Facility.
