Overdraft Privilege is a Discretionary Privilege. Any payment made by us under Overdraft Privilege will be made on a case-by-case basis, in our sole and absolute discretion. Overdraft Privilege does not constitute an actual or implied agreement between you and the Credit Union, nor does it constitute an actual or implied obligation of the Credit Union. Overdraft Privilege is a privilege that the Credit Union provides from time to time and which may be withdrawn or withheld by the Credit Union at any time, without prior notice, reason or cause.

  • Conversion to Single Currency 31.1 For evaluation and comparison purposes, the currency(ies) of the Tender shall be converted in a single currency as specified in the TDS.

  • Interest for Account of Swingline Lender The Swingline Lender shall be responsible for invoicing the Borrower for interest on the Swingline Loans. Until each Revolving Lender funds its Base Rate Loan or risk participation pursuant to this Section 2.04 to refinance such Revolving Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of any Swingline Loan, interest in respect of such Applicable Revolving Percentage shall be solely for the account of the Swingline Lender.
