Common use of Overdraft to Line of Credit Clause in Contracts

Overdraft to Line of Credit. I understand that if I have an overdraft line of credit account in conjunction with my Business Checking Account, then I may use that line of credit to fund any overdraft on my Business Checking Account, including overdrafts caused by any electronic check transactions. I understand that I may not otherwise initiate an electronic check transaction to overdraw my Business Checking Account or my line of credit, if applicable. However, if I do overdraw, I authorize you to cover the overdraft on my Business Checking Account by making a cash advance from my line of credit account, if any, or withdraw funds from my share account(s). Overdrafts that cannot be honored are payable on demand and may result in termination of my Account(s).
