Overdue Royalties Sample Clauses

The Overdue Royalties clause establishes the obligations and consequences when royalty payments are not made on time. Typically, this clause specifies that if a party fails to pay royalties by the due date, interest may accrue on the outstanding amount, and additional remedies such as late fees or the right to terminate the agreement may be triggered. Its core practical function is to incentivize timely payments and protect the payee from financial loss due to delayed compensation.
