Overfilling of Bins or Rolloff Boxes. Where Contractor identifies instances of overfilling of Bins or Rolloff Boxes at any Commercial Premises Receiving Bin or Rolloff service, it shall document the overfilling through the use of film or digital photography. Contractor may charge an overage fee in an amount not exceeding the maximum rate set forth in Exhibit A for cleaning up the Container area and placing overfilled material into the Collection Vehicle.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience with Web-related software and hardware products, and systems administration experience with multi-platform environments.

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.

  • Equipment 26.1 The Supplier is responsible for providing any Equipment which the Supplier requires to provide the Services. 26.2 Any Equipment brought onto the premises will be at the Supplier's own risk and the Buyer will have no liability for any loss of, or damage to, any Equipment. 26.3 When the Call-Off Contract Ends or expires, the Supplier will remove the Equipment and any other materials leaving the premises in a safe and clean condition.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).
