Common use of Overhead Fee Clause in Contracts

Overhead Fee. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to impose a reasonable administrative overhead charge whenever Landlord provides or arranges, upon Tenant's request, for additional or above standard services, not to exceed fifteen percent (15%) of such charge(s).
