Common use of Overig Clause in Contracts

Overig. 12.1 This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein. 12.1 Deze Overeenkomst vervangt elke eerdere Overeenkomst tussen de Partijen met betrekking tot de onderwerpen die hierin zijn opgenomen. 12.2 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to any conflict of law principles. 12.2 Deze Overeenkomst is onderworpen aan en opgesteld in overeenkomst met de wetgeving van Estland zonder rekening te houden met eventuele conflicterende rechtsbeginselen. 12.3 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection to this Agreement, the Parties shall first seek to resolve it amicably through mutual agreement, but if no resolution is achieved, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Estonia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
