Common use of Overload Payments Clause in Contracts

Overload Payments. (a) The Parties agree that overload teaching or administrative duties assigned to members above the established practice at the University are undesirable. (b) Subject to Article A.06 c), full-time members shall not be assigned overload duties in excess of the equivalent of one full course per academic year.
