Common use of Oversight Group Clause in Contracts

Oversight Group. The Parties agree that there is hereby created an Interagency Oversight Group (IOG) as authorized by C.R.S 24-1.9-102, that is identified locally as Montrose County IOG, whose membership shall be comprised of a local representative of each Party to this MOU. Membership requirements, the status of each Party as a voting member or advisory member, procedures for election of officers, procedures for resolving disputes and procedures for the development of subcommittee groups can be found in the By-Laws/Procedure Guide (“By-Laws” or “Guide”) attached hereto as a labeled Appendix A.
