Oversight, Inspection and Testing. The Independent Engineer will perform oversight, inspection, testing and auditing respecting the Design Work and Construction Work in accordance with the Independent Engineer Agreement. TxDOT’s rights of oversight, inspection, testing and auditing respecting the Design Work and Construction Work are set forth in Sections 22.3 and 34.4.
