Oversight Process. 2.1 The School Board, the County and each City shall participate in an oversight process to monitor implementation of the Iinterlocal aAgreement, including monitoring and evaluation of the school concurrency system. 2.2 The Joint Meetings in May, and November as described in Section 1, may be utilized to develop a report to the parties at the December joint workshop meeting on the effectiveness with which the Interlocal Aagreement is being implemented. 2.3 The Oversight Committee will consist of the School Superintendent, the County Administrator, 3.1 In fulfillment of their respective planning duties, the County, the Cities and the School Board agree to coordinate and base their plans upon consistent projections of the amount, type, and distribution of population growth and student enrollment that are developed in coordinated planning meetings. 3.2 The School Board shall utilize both district-wide student population projections, which are based on information produced by the demographic, revenue, and education estimating conferences pursuant to Section 216.136, Florida Statutes, where available, and projections based on the public school Concurrency Service Areas (CSA). These projections may be modified by the School Board based on local development trends and data with agreement of the Florida Department of Education, Office of Educational Facilities. 3.3 The County and the Cities shall provide the following on a quarterly basis, and totaled on an annual basis: 3.3.1 The type, number, and location of residential units for which application has been made for Comprehensive Land Use Amendment, zoning approval, plat approval, and, siteand, site plan approval and estimated start dates; including the approval of the above and, when available, commencement dates; the number of building permits issued;

2.2 The Joint Meetings in May, and November as described in Section 1, may be utilized to develop a report to the parties at the December joint workshop meeting on the effectiveness with which the Interlocal Aagreement Agreement is being implemented.
2.3 The Oversight Committee will consist of the School Superintendent, the County Administrator,, and the Mayors, or their designated alternates, which will include citizen participants. The Committee will report on the effectiveness with which the Interlocal Agreement is being implemented to the County, the Cities, the School Board at the December joint workshop meeting. The workshop shall be publicly noticed and the agenda shall provide an opportunity for public input and comment.
