Overtime Callback. Section 20.1. Overtime, at one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular straight time rate, plus shift differential and focal pay if applicable will be paid for time more than forty (40) worked hours in a work week. Section 20.2. With the concurrence of the Corporate Program Manager, employees on a regular schedule may alter their daily work schedule to complete forty (40) hours in less than five (5) days. Section 20.3. An employee who is called back by the Company to perform work after the end of his shift shall be paid at the straight time rate for the hours actually worked, or shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay, whichever is greater. Section 20.4. Double-time shall be paid for all work performed on the 7th consecutive day of work. There shall be no duplication, or pyramiding of overtime payments
