Common use of Overtime Exemption Clause in Contracts

Overtime Exemption. The provisions of this clause do not apply to any employee who is in receipt of a salary provided for at and in excess of Level 7 step 1 in Schedule B of this Agreement to the extent that these employees will take additional hours worked as time in lieu at the ordinary time rate, that is an hour off for each hour of additional hours worked.
