Common use of Overview of the Project Clause in Contracts

Overview of the Project. The County and Authority have agreed to cooperatively develop various major transportation projects, including the Project, due to the mutual benefit to each Party and the benefits to the residents of the County. The Project, as more fully defined in EXHIBIT A to this Agreement, consists of the design and construction of a fuel farm and automated weather observing system at the El Paso County Fabens Airport. The Project responsibilities of each Party and Project budget are more fully enumerated within EXHIBITS B and C of this Agreement.

Overview of the Project. The Project, as more fully defined in EXHIBIT A to this Agreement, consists of those activities required for the design and construction of Authority to provide certain transit operations services to the County for a fuel farm and automated weather observing system at the El Paso County Fabens Airportfive (5) year period. The Project responsibilities of each Party and Project budget are more fully enumerated within EXHIBITS EXHIBIT B and EXHIBIT C of this Agreement.
