OVHcloud SUPPORT. 6.1. OVHcloud Support team. OVHcloud Support team is responsible for handling Incidents which may occur in relation to the Services, and to provide the Client, upon request, with information regarding the Service. Except for the other levels of Support referred to in article 6.4 below, OVHcloud Support is available in English only and information regarding the Services is available during business hours only. OVHcloud infrastructures are monitored 24/7, 365 days a year. To ensure the continuity of such monitoring on a 24/7/365 basis, OVHcloud reserves the right to subcontract part of the Support in accordance with section “Subcontract” hereunder.
