Common use of Owner as Additional Insured Clause in Contracts

Owner as Additional Insured. All liability policies except Professional Liability and Workers Compensation shall be endorsed to include Owner as additional insured on a primary and non contributory basis for Work performed in accordance with the Work Order documents, and all insurance certificates shall evidence the Owner as additional insured.
