Common use of Owner-Directed Changes Clause in Contracts

Owner-Directed Changes. The Owner may unilaterally direct the DB to implement changes in the Work so long as the Work the Owner is requiring is not outside of the general scope of this Contract, and the DB, upon written direction from the Owner, shall proceed with such change.
