Owner’s On-site Representative Clause Samples

The Owner’s On-site Representative clause designates an individual or entity authorized by the project owner to act as their primary point of contact and oversee activities at the project site. This representative is typically responsible for communicating the owner's instructions, monitoring progress, and addressing issues as they arise during construction. By clearly identifying who represents the owner's interests on-site, the clause ensures efficient communication, timely decision-making, and helps prevent misunderstandings between the owner and contractor.
