The Owner’s Project Representative, also referred to as the Owner’s Representative, is the Owner’s Agent, who will act as directed by and under the supervision of the Owner, and who will confer with the Owner, Architect, or Engineer, as applicable. The CEI may be contracted as the Owner’s Project Representative.
