OWNER’S RIGHT TO PERFORM CONSTRUCTION AND TO AWARD SEPARATE CONTRACTS. 6.1.1 The City reserves the right to award separate contracts for, or to perform with its own forces, construction or operations related to the Work or other construction or operations at or affecting the Project site, including portions of the Work which have been deleted by Change Order. Contractor shall cooperate with Owner’s forces and Separate Contractors. 6.1.2 The City will provide coordination of the activities of Owner’s forces and of each Separate Contractor with the Work of Contractor. Contractor shall participate with the City and Separate Contractors in joint review of construction schedules and Project requirements when directed to do so. Contractor shall make necessary revisions to the Contract Schedule after such joint review.
