Common use of Ownership and Confidentiality of Records Clause in Contracts

Ownership and Confidentiality of Records. (1) The parties agree that all records prepared or maintained by them relating to the services to be performed by them under the terms of this Agreement are the property of the Funds and may be inspected by the Funds or any person retained by the Funds at reasonable times. The Funds and the parties agree to protect the confidentiality of those records.
